Does not open files in Windows 10 #99

I've attempted opening an STL file using the latest release. Nothing happens, the file does not load and there isn't any error.

photon validator is designed to use a sliced file cbddlp not an stl

either way you should use UVTOOLS since PFV has been discontinued and is deprecated
