Is there a way with the new photon s motherboard to bypass the A4988 integrated stepper ##driver? I mean something like this video shows. about the old photon motherboard

Integrated stepper driver is directly connected to the microcontroller without an aux connector. It is still can be done, but you will need to solder tiny wires to Microcontroller pins.
