FB links don't work

I don't really understand this comment - this Pull Request is for the changes in the Safety branch, but you're saying the FB links don't work... did you intend to make a different Pull Request with changes to fix dead FB links?

Well I hate GitHub, I just know that the links in the file to Facebook groups don't work.
