Flickering of live thumbnails #148

Live thumbnails sometimes flicker. This is especially noticeable of a large sets of thumbnails of slow hosts

Possibly related to the updated thumbnail registration procedure (new DWM link is created and then resized AFTER the old one is destroyed)
