Function: Add vs-browser.url configuration on the workspace setting #21

Different workspaces often require accessing different local ports to view the results. Currently, vs-browser.url only supports user-level settings. It is hoped that workspace-level settings can be added so that there is no need to manually enter the corresponding URL every time.
