Subscribe to post comments and creat Subscription Dashboard #230

Add button to subscribe to a post's comments

Add a dashboard to view subscriptions and how many new (to the user) comments/total comments they have, and how old the post is. Have an option to unsubscribe so they can remove things from the dashboard.

Perhaps have an option to remove all subscriptions of posts older than an adjustable amount of time.

Most things like this are accessed in the user's profile page but a link to this dashboard might belong in the topmost bar on the left.

It seems users want to have notifications for their dashboard too.

So if it's in the topmost bar, it could have a notification number similar to what we want to add next to the moderation (dashboard) link.
