On iPhone Safari, it does nothing and on Linux, Firefox or Chrome give you audio but no video. Clicking the expando button a second or third time starts the audio again playing on top of itself, instead of stopping it. The lack of video is due to an obvious accident on line 141 of Expando.js but fixing that doesn't fix the audio problems. There is a pause button on the video player but it only stops the video, not the audio.
