Expand expando posts by default #436

On Sub/Post page, expand expando posts by default, keeping in line with how it works on Reddit.

This is too radical of a UX change to not be gated by a config/user setting.

Also, it'd be cleaner to do this at the template level rather than clicking on every expando button with JS.
