Settings #31

Settings page is useless at the moment. We should feel it with settings.

What are the actual settings that would be interesting in there?

I've been thinking about this and i would prefer to separate admin and playback settings to different areas/apps. even leaving config to a minimal php site/config file in the future.

So that only options relevant to playback/catalogs/users are present.
