inverse_kinematic_optimization is not working? #115

Does inverse_kinematic_optimization function works properly? I tried with the attached urdf file (change extension to txt to upload). Tried to set starting_nodes_angles to a certain position. However the "starting_nodes_angles" does not affect the solution at all. You can set them to zero, or anything, but the solution is same. I tried to change the max_iter, however it also didn't affected.
