When you change a Pokémon to another Pokémon (E.g. an evolution) the screen doesn't update until you press save but then the old values are saved and the new values on screen are not saved until you save again
Starting with this dude who has the Shed Skin
Select Butterfree and Shed Skin does not change.
Saved the changes from before and the screen updates so now Shed Skin has become 1 of 2 options
But unless I save the old values are still stored.
