Wrong ability for Shiftry #6

Hey! Shiftry seems to have its old ability in the system. It gets Wind Rider now instead of Early Bird. Would be neat to have the option to enter the ability on your own. I suspect it's the same for Empoleon and Defiant/Competitive.

Looks like it is due to not using the latest dex info. I can get this updated. Appologies for the delay, I don't think Github sent me any emails!
