Potential metrics to work with

CPU usage (raw or %?)
Mem usage (raw or %?)
Uptime
Latency
- From current node to destination node
- Destination service's latency requirements (e.g. max tolerable latency?)
Bandwidth
- From current node to destination node
- Destination service's BW requirements (e.g. guaranteed min?)
