Set new random_seed in config #224

WARNING: DO NOT ADD UNTIL THIS FEATURE IS ADDED TO PHYSICELL AND RELEASED

add row to config tab for this
radio buttons to toggle between system_clock and integer
if integer space is empty, user can stil save, it just ends up using the system clock (default text in the box warns the user of this)
if random_seed is a user_parameter (and not yet an option), this value will populate the config_tab value

standardization of studio

add a QLineEdit_custom class to studio_classes that will turn red when text is not acceptable
also, use QLabelSeparator as a new class to begin to standardize those orange separators (more to come in future PRs)
