Create Three different pieces of code #12

One piece of code to control sensors in a single bin, one to control sensors in two bins, and one more to control sensors in three bins. For now, just write it so that it is an alert system.

We actually need 4 since the MKR has 15 pins it can handle up to 5 bins, but that would use all the pins so I am going to just use 12 of those pins
