Need to create a playbook to set-up PES on a fresh install of Arch Linux. This very much assumes that all PES packages have been built and a repository created (see pes-packages git repo).

setup-playbook created for this purpose. Need to add:

[ ] Removal of sensitive files
[ ] Removal of /data partition
