Pipe animation UI update stuff #141

  1. Create pipes which can be layered with SVG objects - currently pipes are always on top.
  2. Pipe animations with transparent background - this way it is possible to put them on top of SVG pipe graphics to have a cool look plus the functional display
  3. Flow animation with customisable colours
  4. Pipes with customisable width
  5. Pipes with definable corner radius - to let it sit properly on TriClamp elbow graphics
