Make the compiler gods happy.

Until such time that the installation is tested with the packaged version, the instruction will remain to install wiringPi from source.

I saw no issues with compilation of the lora-gateway code on a system with WiringPi installed from the package, although until I can rewire my LoRa board the gateway binary quits out at "Unable to open SPI device"..

have you considered using Travis to provide automated build testing?

There have been 2 instances where a new pi rev has broken wiringpi requiring changes to its source. That gets fixed pretty quickly but takes some time before the apt-get version of updated.
