LORA CE1 incorrect details #23

changed LORA CE1 configuration from

#LORA_image_period_0=30
#LORA_image_packets_0=20

to

#LORA_image_period_1=30
#LORA_image_packets_1=20

pisky.txt has since been simplified with these lines removed.
