We are a team from China who want to translate MonikAI into chinese.We love your project very much and we hope we can get your authorize so we can translate it into chinese and DDLC's fans in China could play with Monika in chinese.

MonikaAI is licensed under the MIT license(source), so yes you can.

Also if my information is correct, that project is no longer maintained , see Lytasia/MonikAI instead.
