How to switch "e" for "and"? when citing some bibliographys?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm writing my master dissertation in english and I'm having some trouble 
when I try to use some citations in the text (based on abntex2). For example, 
whenever I try to use my bobliography in the text in way like Fulano AND 
Ciclano (2014), but I get Fulano E Ciclano (2014). 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected Output: "AND". I See: "E"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using the latest version.

How do I solve it?
