"undefined method `action_methods' for Mailer:Class" #675

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create method send email
2. create admin with activescoffold
3. call send email... it will error.. this message error: "undefined method
`action_methods' for Mailer:Class"
 if activescoffold deleted... send email will oke.
