Google code page is outdated...

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to ttp://code.google.com/p/activescaffold
2. download the only download v1.1.1
3. try to run it with Rails 2.3...

What version (or revision) of the product are you using?

This was supposedly fixed and the github downloads don't seem to have the
full source tree in them and the recommended script/plugin install fails to
work.
