Invalid for attributes in some labels #730

Radio form_ui and date and datetime fields shown with select tags have
different id, so for attribute in label tag is invalid.

Radio inputs have id attributes as record_name_-value and labels have for
attribute as record_name_

Date and datetime fields have id attributes as record_name_1i,
record_name_2i, record_name_3i, and labels have for attribute as
record_name_
