Workaround for getting column ordering to work after exclude and re-add column when config.cache_classes = true ?

Thanks very much! Very sorry to be so persistent, but it is a production
issue for us. We would spend the time to move away from having to use add
and exclude of columns, but unfortunately that isn't an option at the
moment. Again, thanks much for any time you can spend to help us figure
this out.
