config/locales does not overrides AS locales #751

I've placed code from 
vendor/plugins/active_scaffold/lib/active_scaffold/locale/ru.yml to my 
config/locales/ru.yml with some changes (in particulary replaced
nested_for_model: '{{parent_model}} / {{nested_model}}'
with
nested_for_model: '{{nested_model}}'
)
But it ignores it, after deleting 
vendor/plugins/active_scaffold/lib/active_scaffold/locale/ru.yml
works pretty good.
