Add support for arbitrary render attributes, indexed or not #132

There needs to be a standard mechanism for adding and querying "arbitrary" 
properties/attributes for geometric types.  These could be indexed or not, and 
asked for or set either way.

Methods for getting a Compound Property to use as a parent for GeomParams have 
been added to PolyMesh, SubD, and Points.
