Add Face Set type to AbcGeom

More information to be added as we go, but basic request is to have Alembic 
natively support a data type that can be interpreted as a Maya face set.

... should ctor API for partition-sample mandate we always store face numbers 
in order? - this could improve performance on reader end when need to act upon 
faces that are in the partition.
