OTypedProperties to support get () and getValue () #151

ITypedScalar and ITypedArray properties allow you to access the samples of a 
property. When writing alembic object though the OTyped properties are set 
only. You should be able to access the samples of the property that you've 
already set.

I specifically need this to implement computeSelfBounds () in FaceSets because 
the compute method needs to access the faceIndices, vertexCounts, and "P" of 
the parent SubD or PolyMesh.
