com_amd_aparapi_KernelRunner.h missing? #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Try to do a fresh checkout from svn and compile code.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Missing file during compilation.

I guess com.amd.aparapi.jni/include directory is missing in trunk.
