Will not uninstall any programs, I'm using version 132

I'll recommend upgrading AppSnap to version 1.3.3. There are several fixes and
enhancements that will improve your experience to a great extent. You can 
download it
here: http://appsnap.googlecode.com/files/appsnapsetup-1.3.3.exe
