AppSnap 1.3.3 is reporting incorrectly about Flash Player and Picasa #116

AppSnap has been reporting for the past week or two that the latest 
version of Flash Player (and the Plugin) is 9.0.125.0.  The latest version 
available for download from Adobe is 9.0.124.0.

AppSnap is reporting that the installed version of Picasa is 2.0.  It's 
actually 2.7.37.49. 

I'm running WinXP SP3 Home edition.

I'm neither John McCain nor Barack Obama, but I approved this message.

Just fixed the Flash bugs. Picasa however just stores the major version in the
registry so AppSnap is unable to get the full version string at this time.
