What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click update button
2. Filter for text Launchy in appsnapgui
3. Click on launchy
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the available launch version. Instead I see "Failed to
connect"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Appsnap 1.3.3 on windows XP Professional
