Application running error #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run the setup. Thats it, as the setup runns, the applicaton tries to run
automatically and then it leave with this error
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to see the application running

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using 1.3.3 on Windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

Are you running AppSnap as an administrator? Also, does the following directory 
exist?

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\

Lastly, what is the value of cache_location in config.ini?

Hi,

Yes, I am running AppSnap as admin. The above mentioned directory exists and the
value of cache_location is 

cache_location = %%ALLUSERSPROFILE%%\Application Data\AppSnap\cache
