udpate RocketDock #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. update RocketDock
2. uninstalling work good
3. install fail..

after it's impossible to install RocketDock via AppSnap.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Appsnap say done but it's wrong

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP sp2

RocketDock changed their website so the download was failing. I've fixed it. 
Please
update your database to get the changes. You may also need to delete any cached 
files
for RocketDock (e.g. RocketDock-v1.3.5.exe) in the AppSnap cache directory at: 

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\AppSnap\cache
