Session must be selected to AutoBout #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a mat to autobout that does not have any session information set
2. Attempt to autobout this mat.  No bout numbers are assigned
3. Input some session data. Autobout works fine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Single session tournaments should not require any session information to 
be entered in order to AutoBout.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v.07

Please provide any additional information below.

Fixed in r100.
Changed the group's default values from "-" to "" (empty string).
Also changed the drop-down/combobox in the group panel the same.
