Tournament configuration template #28

It would be great if we could save the tournament configuration information in 
a default template. Since all the tournaments in our region use essentially the 
same format, users could load the default settings and avoid having to work 
through the configuration setup. It is very typical to walk folks through this 
setup every time they use the software because they don’t remember how to do 
it if they only use it once a year.

This can be done by starting a new tournament in BoutTime and saving the file 
before any wrestlers are input.  This saved file becomes the "template".  So 
next year, this "template" file can be copied and opened as an existing 
tournament.  

We should add a Wiki page to describe this process.
