Make new tournament wizard file selection more clear #29

The wording/description when selecting the file during the new tournament 
wizard needs to be more clear and descriptive.  For new users, it is being 
misinterpreted as the file to input wrestlers from, instead of the file to save 
the tournament information.

Fixed in r175,r176.  

Added better wording for the purpose of the file.
