Group tab needs pull-down functions

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select the group tab from the menu bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see options for manipulating groups.  I should have the option 
of delete (I prefer the term Ungroup), create new group, or add to a 
group.  The only option I currently see is "auto-group".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Bout-time 0.03, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
After selecting wrestlers for a group your feature of using a right mouse 
click to create a group or to add to a group is nice.

The functions 'create-new-group' and 'add-to-group' are specific to the "Free 
List"
tab.  These functions are not applicable when any of the other tabs are in 
focus.  

Menu items should not contain functions that are specific to a tab.  Therefore, 
I
don't think it is proper to include 'create-new-group' and 'add-to-group' to a 
menu
item.  

If the menu item "Group" is confusing, then perhaps we should change this name, 
or
move the "auto-group" function somewhere else.

The "Group" menu item is no longer present.

There is now a "Functions" menu item that includes the "Auto Group" menu item.  

Fixed and verified in r68.
