New options dialog #204

Currently, all important display options are set through the Display menu.
What this means is that it is impossible to change more than one display option 
at once.
We should consider having an options dialog, allowing you to set a number of 
the options at the same time (including possibly options that we don't show in 
the Display menu).
This could also potentially be used to allow version specific display options.
