Default search is not Bible #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install more than the Bible module, like the KJD
2. Launch and go to search the first time 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The default search will be for the non-Bible module in the bottom pane, 
resulting in it saying "search does not exist for KJD" and offer to index it.

It will also be good if the last Bible search options (like proximity) used are 
what it defaults to when 1st opening.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  
0.5 beta 5 on XP

Is it the PortableApps version or the standard version?

The latter

If the problem happens with one particular module (Bible, commentary,
dictionary, or book), what module is it?

Any that loads in the bottom pane as far as i know.

Please provide any additional information below.

The theory is that it will always search on the window that is currently active 
(e.g. the one you last used).  So if you click on the Bible window it will 
search the Bible, and if you click on the commentary window it will search the 
commentary, etc.

However, it seems that it does focus on the dictionary or daily devotional 
window when it starts up initially.  As you say, this is wrong: it should be 
the Bible window.

As far as the search window saving settings, it definitely should do that.  I 
thought it did, but it turns out I was wrong.

Fixed in r1366.  This change will be in 0.5.1 when it is released.
