cal3djs doesn't load v1100 models

BUGS:
1)It's claim to read 1100 format but can't read binary format other than 910
(all provided demonstration binaries are 910)
So please try to be coherent...it would help users not wasting their time 
debugging binary file

How to reproduce?
try to use a 1100 exported file
I attached an example

2)Seams that the scale factor is inverted
How to reproduce?
play with scale in the cfg
