Will not run #2

Latest CS1 host software will not run. Lenovo Thinkpad T61, Windows XP SP3.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded latest CS1 Host Software from http://www.chemshapes.com/?p=644
2. Unzip to C:\Program Files\
3. Double-click on draft.exe (the only executable in the zip file)
4. Will not run. No error report or log generated in the directory.

No log_<computer name>.html file generated when attempted to run so I can't 
attach it.

System specifications were the error occur?
  Operational System: Win XP
  Video Board Model: NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M
