The berlin example needs to run at the end of the month.

Tim needs to provide it first though. Current version isn't final one we were
using on our code
jamming session yesterday.

Ok, Alan just debugged the test_ccpn.py routine again.
Tested fine with 1brv.

Just waiting for Tim's final file for Berlin then.

Can you submit an additional file for quick tests on our end.

With one model for the output ensemble and output data (or input were no output
available) from ARIA such
as:
chemical shifts,
peaks,
RDC,
dihedrals,
distances etc.

This would hopefully be below 1 Mb compressed.

If Alan can get that into CING first, that would be great.

Then we can work on the file you already have; All models for both ensembles
and the in and output restraints
from ARIA .

Alan, can you pick this up now?

Please take a look at:
http://nmr.cmbi.ru.nl/~jd/tmp/cing/SRYBDNA.cing

It shows several remaining issues of course.

In the log I get the below errors still too.

Geerten can you sync again and try to fix some of these problems or should I
postpone my work on the
server?

I will have my small code changes committed in a few...
