first (correct) publisher field removed instead of a second (incorrect) one #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a second (incorrect) |publisher=... after the first (correct)one:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Electromagnetic_radiation&diff=prev&ol
did=366610641
2. wait for User:Citation bot to drop by
3. have a cup of coffee

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

* I'd leave it alone (unless the bot follows the isbn to Amazon or Google books
and figures out which one is correct), and maybe put a note on the talk page or
leave a comment in the page code.

If applicable, please provide a link to an errant edit made by the bot.
*

How was the bot initiated?

Please provide any additional information below.

By removing the first parameter, the bot simply keeps the data displayed to the
reader the same. However it is meant to mark duplicate parameters and I'll
have to investigate why that's not happening here.
