The source and amd64 architecture should be ready now. Testing appreciated...
I'm going to set up a x86 vm now and rebuild. Any other archs needed??

Don't think so... Unless you really want to, but I doubt you do~

Can't say I do. Let me know if there are any requests for more archs, and I'll
fix it.

Well, OMG! Ubuntu! covered DamnVid a while ago:
http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2010/06/downloading-and-converting-online.html
And in the article, it incorrectly states "For users who [...] use Ubuntu on
the PPC platform - DamnVid is a great solution". So if you're feeling bored
sometime, here's an idea... But yeah, don't bother about it for now as you
probably have other things to do.
Thanks~

I just realized that I've versioned things a bit lame in the repo. Once debian
caches up with the damnvid repo, the official package should replace the one
from the damnvid repo.
For example the python-gdata package is now versioned 2.0.10-2 instead it
should be 2.0.10-0.1 or even 2.0.10-0~ppa1, that way it will be superseded once
debian releases the 2.0.10-1 package.
The versions will be changed tonight or tomorrow.
The same issue is valid for the ubuntu repo, but since launchpad won't let me
"downgrade" a package, this won't be fixed until the package's next upstream
version change.

Sorry for the slow progress on this one. I've been working 12-16 hours a day
the last two weeks, so there's been little or no time for "geek stuff".
Anyway, the repo should be ready now, but I have yet to test it in a fresh
install.
The repo is build for debian unstable, so there might be some dependencies
missing if you're installing on an older release. I suspect I'll have to
rebuild the whole thing for testing too. I suspect that the stable release is
so outdated, making all the ffmpeg dependencies will be a major pain in the
ass, so I don't see that one coming any time soon...

Don't bother with debian stable, no one uses it anyway ;)
Good luck with your work, and take your time.

The i386 repo should be ready too now.
I have not had time to test i386 yet, but amd64 works as expected.
