"Opens DamnVid's video history." string is absent in .locale files

Bug: "Opens DamnVid's video history." string is absent in .locale files

Steps:
1. Open DamnVid's main window.
2. Go to "File" menu, and hover cursor over "Video history..." menu item, look 
at status bar at the bottom of the window. You will see "Opens DamnVid's video 
history." regardless of what locale is set in Preferences.
3. Try to find "Opens DamnVid's video history." string in .locale files. It is 
not there.
