Download is aborted without any clue to user (no current status, no speed indication) #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select any video on Vimeo (e.g. http://vimeo.com/15864072)
2. The video stops midway (most Vimeo videos do).
The status says "in progress". But the modem shows ZERO download speed.
DV just waits, and does nothing further.
3. Use FreeDownloadManager to download the same video.
After some time, its log shows how the video aborts ("access denied")

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a log (similar to FreeDownloadManager), about what's going on.
In case the video has actually stopped, DV should report that, and move on to
the next video in the queue.

There should be a user-settable wait period for this.

What version of DamnVid are you using? On what operating system? Better
yet, paste the system info that you see in the Bug Report dialog, if
possible.
