hangul filenames are incorrect - letters are separated not combined in a block [minor] #274

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download a Video with hangul (Korean alphabet) in it's name
(e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-O7wLQBl8c)

What is the expected behavior?
In hangul all letters of a syllable are grouped into one block.
for example "Em" would be "엠".

What do you see instead?
DamnVid separates all letters in the filename when saving the file (i.e. "엠"
becomes "엠").

DamnVid version: 1.6
DamnVid mode: 32-bit
Platform: Windows-Vista-6.2.8102 / Vista
Architecture: 32bit WindowsPE / Unknown machine type

I can't read hangul, but it looks like you just posted the same characters:
"(i.e. "엠" becomes "엠")."
Aren't those two the same?

sorry, on submitting the error, the page automatically put the letters together
into one block.
it should be:
(i.e. "엠" becomes "ᄋ ᅦ ᆷ")
(without the spaces in between)

I'll attach a screenshot of the windows explorer showing it.
