Bug: While editing an encoding profile, the window halves in width. And it
isn't possible to manually readjust the window size. It only happens sometimes

Steps:
1. Go to the encoding profile in preferences
2. click on one of the options
3. Width of the window changes to about half it's size, making it impossible to
adjust options in the right column.

I have seen it happen but have never experienced it myself. That, and the fact
that it doesn't happen all the time make this bug quite strange indeed. Maybe
I'll make the window be resizable to let users work around this issue.
If you can see under what circumstances does it happen exactly, that'd be great.
